## How It Works

- Event-based sync (not real-time): nothing moves between platforms unless a specific action triggers it.
- Follow Up Boss → GoHighLevel triggers: sending a conversation message, adding an `hlapps_` prefixed tag (pushes full contact profile — name, phone, email, tag, custom fields, assigned agent), and making a call via the embedded app.
- GoHighLevel → Follow Up Boss triggers: adding a note, adding a `fub_` prefixed tag, sending a mass email, and sending an outbound message.
- Embedded app inside each Follow Up Boss contact record: schedule messages, send instantly, click-to-call (system calls the agent first, then connects to the prospect), and agent-to-GoHighLevel-user mapping.
- Unlocks the full GoHighLevel toolkit from within Follow Up Boss, including Conversational AI, Voice AI/AI receptionist, omni-channel messaging, funnels & surveys, websites & blogs, social media planner, live web chat, document signing, voice drops, forms, Google & Meta ads, and QR codes.
- Built-in "HL Apps AI" toggle per contact: AI handles inbound replies while on; an agent can take over at any time by switching it off.
- No limit on messages, syncs, or automation executions; supports teams with unlimited users, with conversations routed to the correct assigned agent.
